Your mission
Our sales department is constantly landing varied projects
You handle these projects completely on your own responsibility according to Axess standards and support our customers in an advisory capacity
Recording, analysis and processing of technical customer and partner inquiries in the office and field service
Dates such as the first day of operation, opening, etc. you experience first-hand on site together with our customers
You master technical user trainings with ease
You enjoy passing on your knowledge to your colleagues via our knowledge base.
Your profile
Technical education in the field of IT / electrical engineering
Professional experience in installations, commissioning, service and customer support is an advantage
Good language skills in German, Italian and/or English
Good knowledge of the common MS Office products
Pleasure in dealing with people
Reliability, punctuality as well as correct appearance and demeanor
Driving license B as well as willingness to travel in the area of Italy
Personal relation to the topic winter sports / sports.
