Du arbeitest im Produktmanagement-Team an der Weiterentwicklung der Lösungen für Kunden aus der Bergbahnbranche. Diese umfasst Software- und Hardwarekomponenten aus dem Bereich des Ticketings, Zutrittskontrolle sowie E-Commerce.
Du erfasst komplexe technische Zusammenhänge, analysierst Anforderungen und erstellst daraus Spezifikationen für die agile Softwareentwicklung. Dabei bist du mit internationalen Kunden in Kontakt und der interne Ansprechpartner für die Entwicklung.
Du gleichst Anforderungen aus sämtlichen Märkten ab, priorisierst diese im Team und führst sie in die Entwicklung über.
Du arbeitest an einer Produkt-Roadmap und begleitest den kompletten Product Lifecycle.
Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen dem Kunden, Vertrieb, Marketing, Entwicklung und Projektmanagement.
Du führst Markt- und Mitbewerberanalysen durch.
Du hast Marktnähe durch gezielte Vertriebsunterstützung sowie aktiven Kundenkontakt und leitest daraus Produktverbesserungen ab. Du analysierst und hilfst in der Digitalisierung von Kundenprozessen.
Du leitest und moderierst Workshops mit Kunden, Partnern und Kollegen.
Du erstellst - zusammen mit dem UI/UX Team - Konzepte für benutzerfreundliche und funktionale Software.
Du führst die Kommunikation rund um dein Produkt und Schulungen für den Vertrieb durch.
Dein Profil
Technische Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, Nachrichtentechnik, Elektrotechnik (Uni, FH, HTL) oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung in den genannten Bereichen bzw. Kenntnisse aus der Bergbahnbranche.
Strategisches, analytisches und unternehmerisches Denken.
Digitale Beratungskompetenz und technisches Verständnis.
Genaue, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
Hohe soziale Kompetenz und Kommunikationsstärke.
Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Dokumentation/Kommunikation/Präsentation).
Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen MS Office Produkte.

Your mission
You work in the product management team on the further development of solutions for customers from the mountain railway industry. This includes software and hardware components in the areas of ticketing, access control and e-commerce.
You capture complex technical contexts, analyze requirements and use them to create specifications for agile software development. You will be in contact with international customers and be the internal contact person for development.
You compare requirements from all markets, prioritize them in the team and transfer them to development.
You will work on a product roadmap and support the entire product lifecycle.
You are the interface between the customer, sales, marketing, development and project management.
You carry out market and competitor analyses.
You are close to the market through targeted sales support and active customer contact and derive product improvements from this. You analyze and help with the digitalization of customer processes.
You lead and moderate workshops with customers, partners and colleagues.
Together with the UI/UX team, you create concepts for user-friendly and functional software.
You will communicate about your product and provide training for the sales team.
Your profile
Technical education in the field of computer science, communications engineering, electrical engineering (university, university of applied sciences, technical college) or relevant professional experience in the areas mentioned or knowledge of the mountain railway industry.
