Analyse von Kundenanforderungen/Kundenfeedback zur Weiterentwicklung von Schulungskonzepten;
Erstellung und Pflege von Schulungsunterlagen und E-Learning-Inhalten in Form von Videos und Texten;
Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit internen Teams (Entwicklung, Support, Vertrieb, Projekmanagement);
Selbstständige und kontinuierliche fachliche und praxisbezogene Weiterbildung sowie regelmäßiger Fachaustausch mit internen Abteilungen.
Dein Profil
Fundierte technische Ausbildung (HTL/FH oder vergleichbare Qualifikation);
Praxiserfahrung im Schulungs-/Trainingsbereich wäre wünschenswert;
Sicheres Auftreten vor größeren Personengruppen;
Rhetorische und didaktische Fähigkeiten;
Organisationstalent, Kundenorientierung und Flexibilität;
Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse;
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift;
Kenntnisse im Bereich "Videoschnitt" von Vorteil;
Reisebereitschaft und Führerschein B.

Your mission
Training for customers and employees on our software solutions and products (online and on-site);
Analyzing customer requirements/customer feedback to develop training concepts;
Creation and administration of training documents and e-learning content in form of videos and texts;
Working and communicating with internal teams (development, support, sales, project management);
Autonomous and continuous professional and practical training as well as regular professional exchange with internal departments.
Your profile
Solid technical education (HTL/FH or comparable qualification);
Practical experience in the training sector would be ideal;
Confident presenting in front of large groups of people;
Rhetorical and didactical skills;
Organizational talent, customer oriented and flexible;
Good knowledge of MS Office;
Very good written and spoken German and English;
Knowledge of video editing would be an advantage;
Willingness to travel and driving license B.
