Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen MS Office Produkte
Grundkenntnisse in SQL und Atlassian Jira von Vorteil
Routine bei Präsentations- bzw. Schulungsaufgaben

Führerschein der Klasse B

Your mission
Operational support for international customers in the field of fairs and events as well as associated park management
Interdepartmental organizational tasks and coordination as part of the project management team
Proactive operation and monitoring of customer systems
Important link to contribute significantly to the success in the trade fair sector, mainly in the DACH region
On-site and remote support at trade fair events: Ticketing, access management, trade visitor registration, exhibitor management and lead tracking
Advising customers on software and hardware issues - consulting
Identifying potential for improvement and initiating internal processes through customer and market proximity
Close customer contact and user training
Your profile
Structured way of working, willingness to learn and high level of initiative
Very good knowledge of written and spoken English and German
Polite manner towards customers
Stress-resistant: you keep a cool head and find solutions under pressure
Good knowledge of common MS Office products
Basic knowledge of SQL and Atlassian Jira an advantage
Routine in presentation and training tasks
Ability to work in a team and high problem-solving skills
Class B driving license
Flexibility in the context of business trips and willingness to sporadic weekend assignments
Technically oriented education (HTL, FH, university) such as electrical engineering, mechatronics, IT is an advantage
